"I called about a problem I had with my car and spoke with Donovan. My car has an extended warranty but my issue is not covered by it. Donovan helped me confirm that my comp part of my policy will take care of it and he also transferred me to claims to start my process. He answered questions best to his ability about this process but couldn’t answer how would it affect my extended warranty as it’s a different thing which is completely acceptable. It was nice to talk with him, he was very polite and helped ease my mind about the process of it all."
